Overview

I'm a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Performance Enhancement Specialist with multiple years of experience training clients at the Rochester Institute of Technology, Athletic Apex Health Clubs, as well as in-person and online.

I implement a shotgun approach, where we first begin by reviewing your personal goals, which I then use to provide you with personal workout plans, daily habits, as well as nutritional and supplementation protocols, all centered around a longevity approach to health.

Follow-Up Consultations

Using your personalized protocols I've developed from our initial consultation, over a call we'll work to fine-tune your protocols as you continue to progress as well as clear up any questions that arise while progressing on your program.

One-On-One Training Session

Using your personalized protocols I've developed from our initial consultation, in-person we'll fine-tune any movement patterns as part of your program as well as clear up any questions that arise while progressing on your program.
